Their web-based program is very good. It appears new and has a long way to go but I really like it. Their iPhone app currently sucks though :(

Just got the team set up for a trial after trying for a couple of weeks on my own. Easy to use and customize they thought of every way to make this as simple as possible while being a great tool as well. My support call was answered on the first ring when I had a question...

Ill cut to the chase. If you are looking for an easy to use and beautifully designed sales pipeline cloud based app you have found it. It has fantastic depth, a great iPhone app and is dead simple to implement. A 9.5/10 in my book.

This app nailed it. I have all of our customer data right on my phone, easy to find, and quick to query as Im about to walk into one of my customers stores. Its simple yet complete. Plus, I can see the entire teams appointments for the week at a glance. Love it.

Pipeline Deals seemed like a good CRM app for my desktop, I am just concerned that it does not meet my needs on Mobile. It feels as if I am using the lite version of their CRM on Mobile. I was very disappointed to be using an iPhone native app on my iPad, this doesnt allow the application to take advantage of the real estate my device provides. Considering I have a Droid Razr, I was pushed in the direction of a mobile browser to access my data. With this in mind, I am going to evaluate a new CRM. Best of luck Pipeline Deals!

So glad to see this fast and slick CRM app. It has everything I need to manage my Deals and Contacts on the road. Love it!

Very clunky interface and super slow search functionality. I end up logging into their website from my phone.

If there is a better way I have not found it. Pipeline deals keeps me organized and efficient.

Great app! Would love to see social media integration to identify contacts with LinkedIn profiles and organizations with Facebook pages.

The pipeline deals app allows you to take your pipeline with you. You no longer have to take your paper notes and files with you. Would be great if the app was available on iPad as well.

I have a large sales team who use the cloud based tool daily and love it. This unfortunately is not good at all. Problems too numerous to mention and the functionality is very rudimentary. Hopefully this will improve in future releases.

This app is easy to use and allows me to access the essential features of my PipelineDeals account while Im on the road. Keep up the good work.

I love using this app when Im connecting with customers on the road. The collaboration and activity functions enable my sales team and I to coordinate our actions to successfully win sales. I recommended this app to all of my colleagues

Crashes upon opening!

I use Pipeline Deals on my computer and am fairly happy with it. I was excited for the mobile app to come out but have been disappointed. I sell products for several different companies and the best way for me to sort through my leads is by a filter I custom made on the computer version (product) or by location of lead. The app doesnt have this feature and is therefore useless to me. There was a recent update and know every time I try to open the app it crashes. Hopefully these issues will be addressed soon otherwise Ill have to find a different CRM software to use.

Getting better every release.

This is a great sales tool to have. No more secretaries to remind you of schedules, projects, meetings and details. Pipeline is a CRM tool to have. Ive tried others and this seems to have all the elements a sales executive needs to close deals and keep strong relationships with contacts.
