Just got the team set up for a trial after trying for a couple of weeks on my own. Easy to use and customize they thought of every way to make this as simple as possible while being a great tool as well. My support call was answered on the first ring when I had a question...
Ill cut to the chase. If you are looking for an easy to use and beautifully designed sales pipeline cloud based app you have found it. It has fantastic depth, a great iPhone app and is dead simple to implement. A 9.5/10 in my book.

Some bad moments

Their web-based program is very good. It appears new and has a long way to go but I really like it. Their iPhone app currently sucks though :(
This app nailed it. I have all of our customer data right on my phone, easy to find, and quick to query as Im about to walk into one of my customers stores. Its simple yet complete. Plus, I can see the entire teams appointments for the week at a glance. Love it.

Pipeline Deals seemed like a good CRM app for my desktop, I am just concerned that it does not meet my needs on Mobile. It feels as if I am using the lite version of their CRM on Mobile. I was very disappointed to be using an iPhone native app on my iPad, this doesnt allow the application to take advantage of the real estate my device provides. Considering I have a Droid Razr, I was pushed in the direction of a mobile browser to access my data. With this in mind, I am going to evaluate a new CRM. Best of luck Pipeline Deals!

Very clunky interface and super slow search functionality. I end up logging into their website from my phone.
